I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to providing compassionate, Christ-centered care alongside evidence-based clinical practice. My work is rooted in the belief that each person is created in the image of God and worthy of healing, growth, and restoration.

I specialize in trauma-informed and attachment-focused care, using approaches such as EMDR and experiential therapies. When desired, I thoughtfully integrate Biblical principles into sessions—helping clients explore identity in Christ, renew their minds, and find hope through truth. This may include prayer, scripture, and faith-based reflection, always guided by the client’s comfort level.

Scriptures that guide my work include Psalm 147:3, Psalm 34:18, and Romans 12:2, which reflect God’s heart for healing, nearness, and transformation.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can process their experiences, develop healthier patterns, and, if they choose, deepen their relationship with God while moving toward lasting healing.
