As an independently practicing board-certified practitioner of TSG Health and Wellness, Dawn Klug, PMHNP-BC, provides health and wellness services across the lifespan to clients seeking to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual health. The services provided include physical and mental health assessments, management of medications as needed, and psychotherapy services to support life changes in behavior to enhance a person’s overall well-being. These processes include but are not limited to combinations of EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and family systems therapy modalities, spiritual growth through Jesus and the using the tenets of the Bible, and physical health improvements such as diet, exercise, metabolic evaluations, all focused on proactively working toward better health in a holistic framework of mind, body, spirit capacity.
