Many people feel like we are living in a time where life’s challenges seem insurmountable. They can feel like they don’t have the tools to deal with daily life and relationships. They feel uncertain about seeking out help – because asking for help requires vulnerability and exposure. That’s why I believe that finding a therapist you can trust is so important. It is my goal to create a space in therapy where you can build trust, strength, and resilience. I work to give you the tools to deal with your concerns, root out patterns that are detrimental, and help you accomplish your goals in life and relationships.
I am a recent master-level Clinical Mental Health Counselor from Liberty University – and for the past 15 years, I have been serving as a formal mentor for couples and parents in a church setting. I am certified in SYMBIS and Prepare/Enrich couple assessments tools.
I also hold a M.Div Divinity/Theology from Liberty University which started me on this journey of Counseling in mental health.

I grew up where counseling was not normal – it was taught and thought that therapists were weird and looked down on everything that had to do with therapy. I experienced first hand that when you try to go it alone, you can end up feeling isolated and embarrassed – afraid to ask for help. This is what inspired me on my own journey to become a counselor.
