I partner with individual adults and couples who desire change but find themselves feeling stuck or disconnected from the life they long for. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted.
My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to help you understand and heal the parts of yourself that carry pain, fear, or self-doubt. I provide a space grounded in compassion and understanding where we can gently explore your inner world—discovering the protective parts that have helped you cope and nurturing the Core Self that reflects God’s image, leading to deeper healing and transformation.
I am IFS Level 1 Trained, an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and an IFS-Informed EMDR Certified Therapist. My work with couples is guided by the Developmental Model, helping partners deepen connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict with greater empathy and understanding.
