I work primarily with women and teen girls (ages 13+) who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or significant life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and want to better understand the patterns that continue to shape their lives and relationships.

My approach is warm, relational, and practical. Together, we’ll explore your story with curiosity and compassion, identify what’s keeping you stuck, and develop healthier, more flexible ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward.

As a Christian, my faith informs both my life and my work. One Scripture that continually guides me is Proverbs 3:5–6, reminding me to trust God’s wisdom above my own. For clients who desire it, I’m happy to incorporate Biblical truth, prayer, and a faith-informed perspective into our work together while remaining grounded in evidence-based psychological care. Whether you’re seeking traditional therapy or counseling that thoughtfully includes your faith, my goal is to provide a supportive space where healing, growth, and hope can flourish.
