Does life have you stressed, discontent, and unable to experience joy? Are you having trouble finding peace in the midst of challenges? Perhaps you have a struggling relationship or a painful family situation. Our own searches for peace can come up empty, making us wonder if we can ever really have it. We see in scripture how God promises to carry us, but honestly, trusting can be hard. I look forward to helping you find His peace and relief!

I began my career working in community mental health centers with people of all ages, from all walks of life, including extensive work with children, teens, adults, and families in office, home, and school settings. For seventeen years I have worked in various roles with incarcerated juveniles. I have always enjoyed all of my clients, no matter their ages, background, or beliefs. I have noticed without exception, however, that when I am able to use scripture within therapy, my clients have benefitted more.

I currently work virtually with preteens, teens, and adults. I have had extensive training and experience in trauma treatment in addition to anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. When requested, I can provide biblically compliant parenting interventions. Additionally, I enjoy and have experience working with neurodivergent folks.
