Sometimes we need help to gently untangle complicated situations, thoughts and emotions that are causing us pain and frustration. I walk alongside individuals, couples and families on their journeys of hope and growth. Together we can understand where the pain is coming from, set healthy boundaries, reduce conflict, regulate emotions and take committed concrete steps to a more joyful, satisfying life God has for us. Therapy is a chance to talk through our problems and issues with the lens of Scripture and the power of the Holy Spirit to apply evidence-based practices that lead to lasting change.
