At Empowering Hope Therapy, I blend empathy with expertise to guide women and couples to healing from betrayal trauma. I use modalities such as Brainspotting, and Emotionally Focused Therapy and Somatic Experiencing to achieve your treatment goals. I’m not just a therapist; I’m a survivor who’s walked this path. I’m here to help you find healing and hope. Formerly in ministry working with college students for 25 years, I also specialize in anxiety and life transitions.
Certification by APSATS as a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS), Certification by IITAP as a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), Certified in Brainspotting and a Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath® Certified Practitioner
