Hello, my name is Chris Coleman, owner, Clinical Director & Supervisor of Liberation Counseling & Consultation, LLC, licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., North Carolina and for telehealth in Florida. It’s not as important of how much I know. You want to know how much I care, right? With compassion, empathy and skill, let’s work together, to get you, liberated.

My experiences and strengths are group therapy, substance use and co-occurring disorders, trauma, men’s issues, depression, mood disorders like bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, biblical/faith-based counseling, career/life changes, and anger management. My theoretical approach is integrative; however, I use and apply the theoretical approach that best suits you, the person. With that said, everything and anything I have and utilize, starts and ends with the gracious empowerment of a biblically based approach and skill: an inside/outside job. Without The Lord leading, guiding and empowering me, I can do nothing. One of my mottos: “If it causes a problem, then it IS, a problem.” I look forward to working with you.
