As a Christian counselor, I specialize in helping couples find their way back to connection, even when their relationship feels strained, distant, or uncertain. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I guide couples in understanding the deeper patterns that keep them stuck and help them rebuild trust, intimacy, and emotional safety.

I am especially passionate about working with couples who feel caught in painful cycles. This can often feel like one spouse may be pulling away while the other is trying to hold things together. It s so important to help them gain clarity about the dance in their relationship to give them hope for a more connected future.

While my primary focus is couples work, I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, relational struggles, and major life transitions. In all of my work, I seek to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and move toward healing.

With a foundation in marriage and family therapy and a commitment to integrating faith, I help clients strengthen not only their relationships, but their emotional and spiritual lives as well.
