Helping Individuals and Couples Experience Christ’s Healing and Restoration

Looking for a Christian counselor with deep experience in both psychotherapy and ministry? I’ve spent over 40 years helping individuals and couples grow through anxiety, depression, trauma, marriage issues, and spiritual concerns. I’ve served as Director of Counseling in two large churches and have a strong commitment to Christ-centered care.

I came to Christ in my late twenties after suffering the consequences of drug and alcohol abuse and finally crying out to God for help. He met me in those hard places with a miracle of healing and direction that changed the course of my life. Since then, my walk with Jesus has shaped my calling to use counseling for His purposes.

Through years of ministry, counseling leadership in the local church, and private practice—which I’m in now—I’ve seen how biblical truth and psychological wisdom work together to bring lasting change. That conviction continues to guide my work today.

Counseling is a passion for me, and it brings a deep joy that I often see reflected in the lives of those I counsel. For clients who value faith in Christ, I integrate evidence-based counseling principles and techniques into a solidly Christian-based approach that includes prayer, scripture, and biblical principles. I believe that anything that truly works in therapy is reflected in God’s Word. My style is warm, respectful, and grounded in the belief that “everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.”

I hold a doctorate in Counseling Psychology, am licensed in Arizona, and have completed extensive training in counseling, psychology, trauma, and marriage and family relationships. My book God Is in the Crazy is available on Amazon and Audible.

My motto: “Warm and human first, professional always.”
