About
Does life feel completely overwhelming at times? Life’s storms can sometimes feel like more than we can handle. I would be honored to walk with you as you traverse life’s stormiest seasons. I believe counseling is a collaborative partnership between counselor and client, and I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who are struggling with both large and small life issues. I believe in a client-centered, integrative framework in which we work together to identify and build on your strengths while addressing any issues that are causing you difficulty.
I work with individuals and couples in any stage of life. I have experience working with children as young as four and adults well into their twilight years. I have worked with clients experiencing a variety of conditions including AD/HD, ASD, dementia, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
I would love the opportunity to meet you and begin the journey together of helping you bloom into your mightiest you.
