I work with Christians who feel like secular therapists aren’t going to fully understand their struggles from a faith perspective, but also need a therapist with a strong clinical background to help them navigate current mental health struggles. I combine researched therapeutic techniques while seeing Jesus as the ultimate healer.

I specialize in providing longer, intensive type sessions and self-help courses to help you feel better faster. By meeting for an initial paid consultation, we can map out together what’s worked and what hasn’t to develop a plan for you moving forward. Jesus promised us abundant life (John 10:10). I believe one of the reasons I’m here is to give you hope and to help remove whatever mental health barriers are keeping you from receiving the abundant life in Jesus. If I’m not the right fit, I’m networked with other Christians in the area who can help.
