As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience providing individual, couples, family and child therapy, my focus is on the mental well-being of each client. As a Christian, it is important that I embody the fruits of the Spirit in my work and daily life, which is why my therapy sessions are Christ-centered. I also realize that people need to be met where they are at and in order for them to process through whatever situation or issues they may be experiencing, one must feel connected in the therapeutic setting. It is my goal to build a welcoming environment where clients feel vulnerable and safe. 

I use a combination of different evidence-based techniques to assist my clients in becoming mentally healthy. It is important to understand that FAITH in CHRIST JESUS and good mental health goes hand and hand, which is why I incorporate Scripture and prayer during each counseling session. I genuinely care about God’s people, and I am dedicated to assist those who seek my services. It is my goal to assist my clients in navigating successfully in this world as we walk the narrow road of righteousness. I am eager to help and my desire to be all what God called me to be, which is a counselor, drives me to be the very best I can be during each session.
