I believe therapy is not about becoming someone new — it’s about reconnecting with who you already are and recognizing the person God created you to be. Life has a way of leaving us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of ourselves, and sometimes we simply need a space where we can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what we’re carrying.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I have the privilege of walking alongside clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, self-worth, relationships, and the many challenges that come with being human.

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in my Christian faith. I believe you are the expert on your own story, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools that allow you to move through life with more confidence and intention. I incorporate evidence-based approaches while creating a space that feels genuine, safe, and uniquely yours. For clients who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process, meeting you wherever you are in your faith journey.

I’ve always been drawn to the moments where people begin to understand themselves differently — when they realize their emotions have a purpose, their experiences have shaped them, and they have the ability to create meaningful change. My faith has shaped the way I view this work: I believe every person has inherent worth, that healing can happen even in difficult seasons, and that we were never meant to navigate life entirely on our own.

Therapy is not about perfection; it’s about growth, self-compassion, and learning to meet yourself where you are while trusting that you don’t have to stay there. Whether faith is a central part of your life or something you are still exploring, my hope is to provide a space where you can be honest, ask difficult questions, and grow into the person you were created to be.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something to change, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
