Carly is a Licensed Resident in Counseling who earned her Master of Science in Counselor Education from East Carolina University. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings, including home-based, school-based, acute care, and residential treatment programs. Throughout her career, Carly has specialized in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those with developmental disabilities and their family members. She is passionate about providing outpatient counseling services through a collaborative, client-centered approach that empowers individuals and families to achieve meaningful growth and healing. Carly values creativity, honesty, curiosity, and authenticity. Carly is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and utilizes therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her areas of focus include Play Therapy, Trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
