Hi, I’m Camilla Mason!

If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of carrying everything on your own. You don’t have to walk through it alone.

I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) based in South Tampa, Florida, and I specialize in trauma therapy for adult women. I support women who are navigating the impact of past experiences and are longing for emotional healing, stability, and a deeper sense of who they are.

I gave my life to Christ in 2013, and since then, my desire has been to live fully for Him. In later seasons, I served in overseas missions within the 10/40 window. Through those experiences, I saw the deep need for accessible mental health care, especially for people of color. This continues to shape the heart behind my work.

My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, integrating EMDR, Brainspotting, somatic work, CBT, and psychodynamic therapy. I believe healing involves both the mind and the body, and we will gently work together to process what you’ve carried and build new patterns that support your growth.

Our work together is rooted in faith. I incorporate Scripture, prayer, and Biblical truth into the therapy process, trusting that God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18) and brings renewal as we surrender and are transformed (Romans 12:2).

My space is warm, supportive, and grounded in care. Your story matters here.

I offer both virtual and in-person sessions for women across Florida.

If you’re ready for healing and a renewed sense of who you are, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
