At 43, I found myself in the middle of such a story. I was burning out of a career I thought I’d retire from and in a position where I no longer had a choice for the direction of my life.

My Clinical Journey

I am a Resident in Counseling and a National Certified Counselor™ at New Story Behavioral Health in Falls Church, VA. Drawing from a ministry background spanning nearly two decades, I provide trauma-informed counseling to men and women in ministry and para-ministry roles to navigate the challenges of their work while maintaining emotional and spiritual health. With the latest training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), I help men and women find hope and healing from past trauma.
