I am Britney Hardin, a dual-licensed counselor (LAC & LAMFT) dedicated to helping individuals and families in Central Arkansas find their footing through a holistic, faith-informed lens.

2. Get Grounded: We integrate clinical excellence (CBT and Narrative Therapy) with somatic tools like breathwork to calm the nervous system, honoring the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit.

With a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University, a Bachelor’s in Bible and Theology, and an MBA, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and practical wisdom to our sessions. My background in the legal and nonprofit sectors allows me to deeply understand the high-pressure environments that many high-functioning professionals and families navigate daily.
