I am Britney Hardin, a dual-licensed counselor (LAC & LAMFT) dedicated to helping individuals and families in Central Arkansas find their footing through a holistic, faith-informed lens.
At BH Counseling Clinic, I believe that your mind, body, and spirit are intentionally integrated by God. When one area is in pain, the whole person suffers. My mission is to help you ‘Get Grounded’ in your identity in Christ so you can ‘Get Growing’ toward the abundant life He designed for you.
A Holistic, Three-Step Journey to Healing
I utilize a unique 3-step framework designed to move you beyond survival mode and into resilient peace:
1. Get Real: We create a safe, non-judgmental space to identify the truth of your story and the transitions you are facing.
2. Get Grounded: We integrate clinical excellence (CBT and Narrative Therapy) with somatic tools like breathwork to calm the nervous system, honoring the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit.
3. Get Growing: We build the God-given resilience and practical tools you need to thrive in your relationships and your calling.
With a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University, a Bachelor’s in Bible and Theology, and an MBA, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and practical wisdom to our sessions. My background in the legal and nonprofit sectors allows me to deeply understand the high-pressure environments that many high-functioning professionals and families navigate daily.
Whether we meet in-person at my Little Rock office or via Telehealth, my goal is to support the restoration of your heart and the strengthening of your family bonds.
