I’m a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and approach therapy through a holistic and relational lens, honoring the unique blend of your emotional landscape, internal parts, nervous system, and life story. I work with those who feel overwhelmed by their past experiences, their relationships, and the world. I’m especially passionate about walking alongside those healing from traumatic experiences, navigating grief and loss, spiritual or religious trauma, complex relationship and family dynamics, attachment wounds, and self-discovery.
I work with teens, adults, couples, and groups. Whether you’re looking for short term or long term care, I offer individually curated treatment through the use of reflective and treatment orientated sessions geared toward depth, processing, and transformation.
