A licensed professional counselor and ordained minister, I assist people to address issues limiting their lives: the client may want to be less sad, less worried, or less angry. The client may want to improve relationships at home, at work, with friends, and with God. I actively listening as clients explore their choices and suggest possible options/solutions. I encourage and empower clients to make their own decisions on how they will build their future. Biblical concepts are a key part of all my counseling, consistent with the client’s receptiveness.

Clients share I help best with depression, fear, anger, marital conflict, grief, work stresses, life changes, needs of older adults, and spiritual direction. I offer individual and couples’ counseling either in-person on online that focus on actively finding solutions to issues which counseling reveals.
