As a licensed professional counselor and ordained minister, I assist clients to address issues limiting their lives. The client may want to be less sad, less worried, or less angry. The client may want to improve relationships with others, at home, at work, or with friends. I actively listening as clients explore their choices and suggest possible options/solutions. I encourage and empower clients to make their own decisions on how they will build their future.

Clients share that I help best with depression, fear, anger, marital conflict, grief, work stresses, life changes, needs of older adults, and spiritual direction. I offer individual and couples’ counseling either in-person on online that focus on actively finding solutions to issues which counseling reveals.
