Having been a follower of Jesus Christ since 11 years old, I have served and worked in local churches. During those years, I have seen God do wonderful and marvelous thing in the live of people. Unfortunately, I have also seen the opposite happen. Some people who trusted various leaders were mistreated and abused by those being trusted. My heart breaks for the pain and suffering experienced by these innocent believers. I believe what God’s Word says, “Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ”(Philippians 1:27)

Betrayal wounds us deeply, especially when it comes from someone we trusted—a parent, friend, spouse, or even a pastor or ministry leader When those we look to for spiritual  guidance break that trust, t can shake our faith and leave us feeling abandoned by God Himself.

Trying to find your way back to a loving, faithful God, can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying shame, confusion, and pain. even speaking about it can reopen old wounds, so many people suffer quietly and alone.

What happened to you was real. It mattered. Ans it does not have to keep separating you from your self, from others , or from God.
