I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a seminary-trained biblical counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families find healing, clarity, and renewed hope. I specialize in marriage counseling and have completed Level II training through the Gottman Institute, equipping me with research-based tools to help couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and restore emotional and spiritual connection. My work is also trauma-informed, allowing me to sensitively care for those who carry wounds from past experiences while guiding them toward lasting healing.

My approach integrates sound clinical principles with the truth and wisdom of Scripture. I believe true and lasting change occurs as individuals grow in understanding themselves, their relationships, and God’s redemptive work in their lives. Whether working with couples in distress, individuals struggling with anxiety or grief, or those seeking spiritual and emotional growth, I seek to provide care that is compassionate, wise, and grounded in biblical truth.

Scripture teaches that God is “the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction” (2 Corinthians 1:3–4). Having personally experienced the comfort and faithfulness of God, it is my calling and privilege to extend that same comfort to others. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals and couples can experience both practical help and spiritual encouragement as they move toward healing, restoration, and deeper faith.
