As a trauma survivor myself, my work is deeply rooted in both faith and compassion. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced abuse—childhood trauma, neglect, sexual assault, domestic violence, and related experiences. If you’ve been living in survival mode, weighed down by shame, or struggling to make sense of your story, you are not alone- and healing is possible.

Trauma can impact every part of your life- your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and even your sense of identity and safety. Together, we create a space where your story can be processed with care, where patterns can be understood, and where healing can unfold at a pace that feels safe and honoring to you. My approach is collaborative, integrative, and rooted in empathy and deep attunement.

I also believe that true healing involves the mind, body, and soul. For those who desire it, I offer Christian faith-based integration—creating space to explore your relationship with God, wrestle with questions, and reconnect with truth, identity, and hope in a way that supports your healing journey.
