About

You may be the person everyone counts on while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your next step. Perhaps your business is growing, but your marriage is strained. Maybe anxiety, perfectionism, or the pressure to keep everything together is leaving you exhausted. You do not have to carry it all alone.

I’m Anthony Witt, a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health Service Provider and co-founder of Witthouse Counseling. I work with men, business owners, leaders, and couples who want to address what is holding them back and build healthier relationships, clearer priorities, and a more sustainable rhythm of life.

My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical. We take time to understand your story, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, and develop concrete steps toward change. I draw on cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and narrative approaches, tailoring our work to your needs rather than expecting you to fit a formula.

My Christian faith shapes how I understand dignity, hope, responsibility, and healing. For clients who desire it, we incorporate biblical principles and conversations about faith into counseling while attending carefully to emotional and relational needs. My background in church ministry also helps me understand the pressures leaders face and the questions that can arise when faith and personal struggles intersect.

Having started, bought, and sold multiple businesses, I understand how difficult it can be to separate the demands of work from life at home. As a husband, father, and former Division I wrestler, I also appreciate commitment and perseverance, along with the importance of knowing when to seek support.

Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, identity, burnout, communication difficulties, or conflict in your marriage, our goal is meaningful change that carries into everyday life. That may mean responding differently under pressure, reconnecting with your spouse, setting healthier boundaries, or making decisions that reflect your values.

I see clients through Witthouse Counseling in Hendersonville and Nashville. If you are ready for an honest conversation about where you are and what needs to change, I invite you to reach out.
