I am a highly spiritual person and find that incorporating scripture and faith building practices into the client treatment goals is not only healing but offers strong guidance to those who are interested in tapping into their most spiritual selves.

Two of the most effective and awe-inspiring scriptures among many that I engage my clients in focuses on two incredibly vital biblical standards; individuality, also known as “personal accountability” and salvation. The first scripture, Matthew 6:33, encourages us to seek a personal relationship with our Heavenly father who is the source of our strength and supply. I find this scripture comforting, clear and concise. Secondly, Galatians 5:22-23, which expounds on the nine Fruits of the Spirit, as different expressions of the Spirit who is life within our being. These pivotal expressions are love, joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, and self-control. (lowliness, compassion, godliness, and holiness). When we exam ourselves and take inventory on how we treat others while managing our lives through kingdom principles, we find that we have the power, wisdom, and knowledge to be great and feel great despite life’s challenges.
