Angela Lemond, MA, LPC Associate, RDN, D is a Christian mental health counselor under the supervision of Natalie Morse, LPC-S, RPT.

Angela has also been a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) for over 20 years specializing in all areas of family wellness.  She still owns Lemond Nutrition, which is a multi-dietitian practice based in Plano, TX.  Her passion has graduated to mental health counseling after realizing that a person’s relationship with food is highly influenced by their mental and spiritual health.  Now, Angela has transitioned to more of that area of holistic health.

Angela has a masters in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University and has hundreds of hours providing mental health counseling through her counseling internship and counseling as a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate.

Angela’s counseling approach is eclectic depending on the client. Her expertise areas include developmental psychology, Emotion and Compassion Focused Therapy, DBT, RO-DBT with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion. Angela is a certified therapist in Radically Open
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT) which is a very effective therapeutic treatment for issues of over control such as anorexia nervosa, OCD and treatment resistant anxiety or depression. Overall, her areas of specialty include:
