Hello and thank you for visiting this page! I am a national board certified mental health counselor committed to helping individuals, couples, and families learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves, others, and the world. My areas of specialization include trauma and marriage counseling. As a psychodynamic therapist, my goal is to treat the underlying causes of surface symptoms to promote healing and lasting change by integrating principles from a variety of approaches, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and narrative therapy.  For those seeking couples counseling, I use RT (Restoration Therapy) and principles from the Gottman Method to promote healing, connection, and healthy communication.
