As your counselor, I will help you recognize where your true hope and peace can be found. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, or other issues, I will work with you to find healing in your own mind, heart, and soul, as well as relational healing with those around you. I have witnessed the amazing work of God in my own life and so many others, and it would be my privilege to walk with you as you seek to discover Him as your true source of lasting hope.

Anxiety/Depression/PTSD: I will help you identify how thoughts lead into how we view life, our sense of safety, and developing thought patterns that decrease our productivity and quality of life. Together we can look for alternate ideas and techniques that will lead to a more peaceful and productive lifestyle.

My goals as a counselor are to walk alongside my clients, supporting them, collaborating with them, and encouraging them while they gain skills to manage their challenges and make progress in their journey toward healing.
