I offer individual counseling for depression, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders, as well as specialized group therapy for those experiencing divorce, separation, or marital infidelity. These groups provide a safe, supportive space to process emotions, rebuild self-worth, and strengthen your faith. Our 60-minute group sessions are held on Mondays at 7 AM, focusing on DBT, Somatic Therapy, and CBT, with a fee of $50 per session.
