About
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted? You’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, trauma, or major life transitions, healing is possible—and you don’t have to face it alone.
I’m Amy Pichardo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I provide trauma-informed, compassionate therapy tailored to your unique needs. My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). When appropriate and aligned with your goals, I also incorporate holistic principles inspired by Ayurveda to support overall well-being and the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Our work begins with a comprehensive assessment so I can understand your story, your strengths, and what brings you to therapy. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, substance use concerns, co-occurring disorders, grief, divorce, and relationship transitions. I also provide clinical coaching and SIFI supervision for MSW students.
I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about creating a safe space where you can reconnect with your strengths, deepen your self-understanding, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward gentle, meaningful healing.
