I am a faith based counselor, I work with first responders and veterans, college students, new moms, and women who are retiring and asking what now? I enjoy helping people at the different stages of life in adult hood. We don’t stop growing just because we’re adults!

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Narrative Therapy when needed. I believe the best modality is following the Bible and living God’s will for our lives. I have a laid back approach and prefer to get to know the person first then the issues. I love to laugh and try to bring a light hearted approach to sessions. I also know when to confront with kindness and help people get “unstuck”. I am a proud graduate of Liberty University and am a band mom to a high school marching band member. I love to read in my free time.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a Licensed Professional Counselor for Telehealth in Louisiana. I currently accept most insurances in Texas and several in Louisiana, with more being added weekly. I also have a low private pay rate for clients who prefer private pay.
