I’m so glad you’re exploring therapy as a resource for moving forward. I specialize in working with women of all ages through compassionate, evidence-based treatments that not only address symptoms but also explore deeper roots of anxiety, relationship struggles, perfectionism, low confidence, and grief. My goal in therapy is to walk alongside others during life’s journey, offering encouragement, help, and patience (1 Thes. 5:14). The integration of saving faith in counseling can have a profound impact on healing and hope. My consistent prayer for clients is that they can fully understand how they are perfectly known (Ps. 139:13), loved (Eph 2:4-5), and they have purpose.
