Hey there, I’m Addy! I help adolescents, young adults, and couples navigate life transitions, process trauma, and work through anxiety. I also help clients to restore boundaries, heal attachment wounds, walk through grief, and regulate their nervous systems. 

As clients desire, I welcome the integration of faith into the healing process. My approach to therapy is warm, empathetic, gentle, and deeply collaborative. I believe that to be fully seen and fully loved is transformational. In therapy, we will work together to create space for all parts of your experiences to be seen and compassionately held. This is where your story gets good and when you find your own belonging. 

I use an integrative approach, combining psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and somatic therapy, tailoring sessions to each client’s individual needs and preferences. In addition to talk therapy, I utilize somatic techniques to create embodied experiences of healing. This can look like mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and stress release. Together, we will set goals, tap into your strengths, and create patterns of connection that work for you.

I earned my Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena, CA) and am a Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of California. Before training to be a therapist, I studied theology, communications, and ministry at Whitworth University (Spokane, WA).
