For over 50 years, my journey of faith in Christ has been both deeply meaningful and undeniably messy. Like many others, I have walked through seasons of struggle, confusion, suffering, failure, disappointment, growth, and grace. Through it all, God has remained faithful. Again and again, I have experienced His patience, mercy, wisdom, and sustaining love in the midst of life’s complexities.

My counseling ministry flows first from my personal relationship with Christ and from years of reflecting on God’s love and care in my own life. It has also been shaped by the gifting God has given me and by the guidance and training of loving, godly, and biblically wise men and women who have faithfully invested in me over the years–specifically through my training with CCEF (Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation).

I believe God desires for us to personally know His love and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. I believe He meets people in the middle of real life — in the darkness, confusion, suffering, broken relationships, fears, and unanswered questions that so often weigh heavily on the heart. Through the counsel of His Word and the work of His Spirit, God provides strength, comfort, clarity, hope, wisdom, and even joy in difficult seasons.

I counsel individuals and families in many different capacities and through a wide range of presenting struggles and life circumstances. My approach is not formulaic or impersonal. I seek to start where you are — listening carefully to your story, your burdens, and your questions — and together we thoughtfully consider who God is in the midst of your challenges and seek to move toward where He may be leading.

My desire is not simply to offer advice, but to walk alongside people with compassion, truth, wisdom, and hope as they pursue deeper trust in God and greater faithfulness in the circumstances they face.
