My faith in Jesus Christ is at the center of who I am and shapes the way I care for and counsel others. Through my own journey, I have experienced God’s faithfulness in both joyful and difficult seasons, and I believe that lasting hope is ultimately found in Christ.

One passage that particularly guides my approach is Philippians 4:6–7. It reminds us to bring our worries and struggles honestly before God through prayer and to trust in the peace He provides, even when our circumstances have not yet changed.

In counseling, I seek to create a safe, compassionate, and grace-filled environment where people can honestly talk about what they are experiencing. When appropriate to the client’s needs and desires, I incorporate Scripture, prayer, and biblical principles into our conversations. My goal is not simply to give biblical answers, but to walk alongside people as they better understand their struggles, experience God’s grace, develop healthy patterns, and grow in their relationship with Christ.
