Life can feel overwhelming when relationships are strained, anxiety begins to take over, or you’re facing a major transition and aren’t sure what comes next. My passion is helping people find clarity, direction, and hope during stressful seasons of life.

I am an ordained minister and pastoral counselor with more than 30 years of ministry experience. Through True North Counseling, I work with individuals, couples, ministry leaders, and professionals who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, spiritual concerns, and questions of purpose and identity.

My counseling approach combines biblical principles with practical counseling tools, including cognitive behavioral techniques that help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier responses, and move toward meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their struggles honestly while remaining grounded in their faith.

A verse that has guided both my ministry and counseling is: “Until we all reach the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to a measure of the maturity of the fullness of Christ” (Eph 4:13).

My goal is simple: to help people navigate difficult seasons, strengthen their relationships, deepen their faith, and move forward with confidence and purpose.
