About
For more than 40 years, I lived and worked in the world of Information Technology and senior corporate leadership, including over 25 years as an executive leading organizations, building high-performing teams, and navigating complex challenges. Those years taught me discipline, strategy, and problem-solving at the highest levels. Through it all, there was a deeper calling I first felt in 1984, a pull toward ministry and pastoral counseling that I could never ignore.
Life took me on a long path, and for decades I followed a different journey. Yet God never let that calling go. Now, after years of experience, growth, and reflection, I have returned fully to that purpose, bringing both my professional insight and a shepherd’s heart to every person I serve.
I earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling with a focus on Crisis and Trauma, gaining tools to walk alongside people in their most difficult seasons, and I am continuing this work as a doctoral candidate in Community Care and Counseling – Traumatology. My goal is to combine faith, trauma-informed care, and real-life wisdom to guide people toward healing and restoration.
My calling is to stand in the gap for those who are hurting, stuck, or searching for direction. I meet people where they are, offering Christ-centered guidance, compassion, and practical wisdom. Whether it’s trauma, life transitions, career challenges, or the pressures of responsibility, I walk alongside others with the hope of helping them find clarity, healing, and renewed purpose.
Areas of Focus
Christian & Biblical Counseling
I offer Christ-centered counseling, cemented in the authority and sufficiency of Scripture. Utilizing graduate education in pastoral counseling and specialization in crisis and trauma. I work with individuals and families facing numerous challenges such as anxiety, grief, relational conflict, trauma recovery, spiritual doubt, and life or job disruption. My approach honors both the emotional reality of human suffering and the redemptive hope we find in Jesus Christ.
Life Coaching
I partner with individuals who are ready to move forward, clarifying their God-given identity, values, and purpose, and building a practical path toward the life they were designed to live. Rooted in faith and shaped by decades of leadership experience, my coaching empowers clients to overcome obstacles, break limiting patterns, and pursue a flourishing life with renewed confidence and direction.
Business & Human Resources Coaching
With four decades in IT and executive leadership, I have a uniquely authoritative perspective on workplace dynamics, organizational health, leadership development, and human capital strategy. I work along side business leaders, managers, and HR professionals who want to lead with greater integrity, navigate interpersonal conflict, build healthier team cultures, and align their professional practice with biblical principles of servant leadership. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur, a mid-level manager, or a C-suite executive, I bring seasoned wisdom and a principled framework to your most pressing people challenges.
