My journey into biblical counseling grew out of my own deep encounter with the transforming grace of Jesus Christ and my academic training as a psychology major at Northeastern Bible College. The Lord met me in seasons of brokenness, refined me through trials, and faithfully shepherded my heart through His Word. My education strengthened my understanding of human behavior and psychological principles, while my faith anchored that knowledge in biblical truth. What began as personal healing and academic preparation became a calling — to walk alongside others as they discover the hope, freedom, and identity found in Him.

Several Scriptures anchor and guide my work:

Isaiah 61:1  – Jesus has been sent to heal the brokenhearted and set the captives free.

Proverbs 3:5-6 – As we trust Him, He directs our life.

Hebrews 4:12 – God’s Word is living and active, discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

John 8:32 – The truth sets us free.

Galatians 6:1–2 – We are called to gently restore and bear one another’s burdens.

In my sessions, I integrate biblical truth with compassionate listening and practical application. I believe Scripture is sufficient, relevant, and life-giving. Together, we prayerfully examine heart patterns, belief systems, relational dynamics, and emotional struggles through the lens of God’s Word. I often incorporate guided reflection, Scripture meditation, homework rooted in biblical principles, and Christ-centered action steps that encourage growth beyond our time together.

My goal is not merely symptom relief, but heart transformation — helping individuals understand who they are in Christ, renew their minds with truth, and walk in spiritual and emotional freedom. Counseling is a sacred space where grace and truth meet, and it is my privilege to serve in that space with humility, wisdom, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
