I believe people are not broken—they are often caught in patterns they were never taught to confront, understand, or overcome.

My work is built on a conviction that real transformation happens when truth is applied with structure, clarity, and consistency. I approach counseling and coaching through a distinctly biblical lens, combined with practical, evidence-informed strategies that help individuals and couples move from confusion to stability, from reaction to leadership, and from struggle to purpose.

I am the founder of Foundation Counseling & Coaching, where I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges such as marriage conflict, pornography addiction, identity struggles, emotional instability, and spiritual disconnection.

My background includes formal education in psychology and counseling-related disciplines, along with specialized training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)—equipping me to understand how thought patterns, language, and internal beliefs shape behavior. This allows me to help clients not only identify destructive cycles, but actively rewire the way they think, respond, and engage with life.

In addition to my clinical and coaching work, I am the author of The Counselor’s Playbook: 40 Battles, 40 Plans, a structured, battle-tested framework designed to expose root issues and provide clear, actionable strategies for lasting transformation.

My approach is both biblically grounded and strategically driven—focusing on:

Renewing the mind
Rebuilding identity
Establishing discipline
Creating structure that supports long-term change

Scripture is not an accessory in my work—it is the foundation.

Verses like Romans 12:2 remind us that transformation begins with the renewal of the mind, while John 8:32 reinforces that truth is what sets people free. I also draw from Proverbs 4:23, emphasizing the importance of guarding the heart, and 2 Timothy 1:7, which calls us to live with power, love, and a sound mind—not fear, confusion, or chaos.

In my sessions, I don’t just offer insight—I provide structure. Clients can expect clear direction, practical tools, and a defined path forward. Whether addressing personal struggles or relational breakdowns, my focus is on producing measurable progress—not just conversation.

I am especially passionate about helping men step into leadership, guiding couples toward intentional, covenant-centered marriages, and equipping individuals to break cycles of addiction, shame, and confusion.

My goal is simple:
To help people stop drifting—and start building a life that is grounded, disciplined, and aligned with truth.
