About

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. I am a US Marine Corps Veteran and First Responder with over 15 years combined service time. Currently I am a faith based Board Certified Mental Health Coach and a Certified Trauma Informed Coach through the IBCC. I am currently wrapping up my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling but not yet licensed for therapy or insurance at this time.

My passion is what comes next after trauma and helping others regain their sense of power and move on post event. I am passionate about serving others and finding out what I can do to bring peace of mind. I am happily married with five children and a whole farm worth of animals. I understand how life can get busy and how important it is to get help in piecing it back together.
