After walking through seasons of deep loss and rebuilding, I discovered that true healing begins when faith and mental health meet. As a Certified Mental Health Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors and founder of the Whitman Collective, my heart is to walk beside others who are learning to find peace, purpose, and identity in Christ through life’s most difficult transitions.

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, where I’m being equipped to serve individuals and families with evidence-based care grounded in Biblical truth. My work focuses on helping people navigate grief, spiritual identity crises and emotional resilience with compassion and clarity.

My life verse comes from Isaiah 61:3, which reminds us that God gives “beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.” I also hold close Philippians 1:6, trusting that “He who began a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” These promises shape every conversation I have with clients… because I’ve seen firsthand that God never wastes our pain—He redeems it.

In every session, I integrate prayer, Scripture reflection, and practical coping strategies to help clients strengthen both mind and spirit. Whether you’re walking through grief, transition, or questions of faith, my goal is to help you become more rooted in Christ and equipped to grow through what you’re facing.
