About
I am a certified intuitive eating counselor and I coach women towards a more satisfying and free relationship with food and their bodies. I received my masters degree in social work and have always had a passion for helping others. I believe that from your healing comes your calling and a few years ago I found my calling. After a lifetime of disordered eating the Lord guided me towards Intuitive Eating. I was set free from a life of tracking, worrying, fixating on my food and body and now I am passionate about helping women in the same way.
When I am not coaching I enjoy spending time gardening, reading and taking walks with my husband, kids and my little pug/blue healer dog. I also serve as a deacon at the local church in the women’s ministry. I love spending time with people and observing what makes them tick. I look forward to getting to know you.
