About
Tawanda Ervin, PhD
I am a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach with a PhD in Christian Counseling, called to walk alongside those who desire inner healing, clarity, and transformation. My own journey—through motherhood, marriage, ministry, and leadership—has taught me that breakthrough begins when we invite God into the process.
As a mother of three sons—two of whom are on the autism spectrum—I’ve learned firsthand what it means to love deeply, advocate faithfully, and trust God through the unexpected.
As a coach, I create sacred space for my clients to process what’s heavy, rediscover what’s holy, and pursue what’s next. I believe that God still speaks, still heals, and still builds futures out of broken places.
Scriptures That Guide My Work
“Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind…” – Romans 12:2 (KJV)
“Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it…” – Psalm 127:1 (KJV)
“He restoreth my soul…” – Psalm 23:3 (KJV)
These verses aren’t just inspirational—they’re instructional. They remind me that transformation starts with the mind, and restoration begins in the soul.
My Faith-Based Approach
Every coaching session begins with intentional presence—welcoming the Holy Spirit into our time together. Whether you’re navigating leadership pressure, identity struggles, or simply seeking peace, we work together to uncover patterns, ignite purpose, and move forward in wholeness.
My work is rooted in truth, guided by grace, and designed to help you not just survive—but thrive.
