Hello, I’m Tammy, a Board-Certified Christian Life Coach.

For over a decade, I have had the opportunity of walking alongside individuals and families who are stuck between loving someone deeply and losing themselves in the chaos of the destructive choices being made by their loved ones. The results are emotionally, spiritually, and physically draining as they attempt to fix, rescue, or enable others without realizing the consequences.

I, too, have faced similar life challenges that have left me frustrated, scared, exhausted, and often feeling hopeless. These personal life challenges, along with my professional training have taught me how to set healthier boundaries, find life balance, discover better approaches to mental, physical, and spiritual wellness,  and how to thrive in life, regardless of the circumstances.

One scripture that has been an encouragement when needing to set healthy boundaries is:

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23 (NIV)

Setting God honoring Boundaries is essential. Boundaries are not about building walls or punishing others; instead, they are about guarding our hearts, protecting what God has entrusted to us, and that is protecting our physical, emotional, and spiritual health so we can love others from a place of strength, not sacrifice.
