Tami Demers, founder of The HIM Group of ministries, has a passion to see people walking in their wholeness and freedom both spiritually and practically in order to fulfill their God given purpose and destinies. She teaches and mentors from a Biblical pastoral perspective filled with encouragement and hope through the full counsel of God. Tami carries a heart of love to empower people to make healthier life choices for their future and grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus so they can live a life of power, in His Presence and for His purposes.

She has been mentoring and coaching people for over 12 years, working with clients from all walks of life and helping them navigate through life’s challenges. She has a certification as a Professional Christian Life Coach, Mental Health First Responder and Trauma Informed Care through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), Practitioner Certification in Spiritual, Soul Care, & Physical Healing through Global College of Christian Ministry, and is an Ordained and Licensed Minister. She has served in various roles in her home Church for 14 years, currently overseeing the Healing Ministry.  She also founded and stewards a 508c1a non- profit, The Him Group of Ministries, as well as authored several books on helping to heal trauma and other emotional wounds  from a Biblical perspective through a relationship with God.
