There was a time when my career became my entire life. I became so focused on work that I lost sight of what mattered most—my family and myself. The stress eventually led to severe anxiety, burnout, and depression.

It took almost losing my family to wake me up. I had to learn how to manage burnout, quiet the obsessions, set boundaries, and understand what I could and could not control.

My journey taught me that sometimes our greatest struggles can become our greatest purpose.

Today, I use what I’ve learned to help others navigate burnout, anxiety, depression, and personal life struggles.

If I could learn to help myself, I knew I could help someone else too.

My favorite quote is” Everything happens for a reason”  and I do truly believe it does.

Romans 8:28: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
