I am a Certified Life Coach with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and over 25 years of experience as a ministry leader, board member, character education communicator in schools, and community advocate for teens. I work with teens, adults, and families, with a strong focus on ministry leaders and teens, supporting them through seasons of challenge, transition, and growth. Using a values-based, compassionate approach, I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where clients gain clarity, build confidence, and move towards seeing their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and taking steps towards a purposeful and authentic life.
