For over 25 years, I had the joy of helping women feel confident and beautiful on the outside in the beauty industry.  But along the way, God began to place a new calling on my heart – to care for what couldn’t be seen: the stories, the wounds, the fears, and the hopes cararied within. That calling led me into coaching, where I now walk alongside women as they heal in body, mind, and spirit. I believe that God has placed wisdom within each of us, and my role is to help women access that truth as they navigate life’s challenges. Having walked through my own experiences of trauma, betrayal, and life’s challenges, I understand how layered, overwhelming, and isolating life can feel at times. That lived experience shapes how I show up for women – with empathy, compassion and how important it is to feel truly seen and supported.

I am a board-certified Christian Life Coach, certified Mental Health Coach, and Human Flourishing Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). My training was completed through Light University in partnership with the AACC, and I am in good standing with a Presidential Membership with the AACC as well as membership with the International Christian Coaching Association (ICCA). These foundations allow me to serve women with professional excellence, accountability, and deep spiritual care.
